We don't tie you to a fixed change over day except in peak season - travel when you want.

Winter Season Prices 2011/12

Our prices are the same in all the chalets. Come any day and stay as long or as little as you like (2 nights minimum in peak season). To keep things simple, we offer the same flat rates nearly all season:

Catered week: 550€ (7 nights)**
Half board: 80€ per person per night for an ensuite room without balcony, 85€ with balcony (3 nights minimum stay)**
B&B: 50€ per person for an ensuite room without balcony, 60€ per person with balcony**
Christmas, New Year, Half Term and Easter: 200€ supplement per person (7 night stays only)

*Limited lifts open 11-18 Dec (Les Arcs only). ** Prices are per person, either per week or per night, based on a minimum of two sharing a room. There's a minimum stay of 2 nights midweek and 3 nights at weekends - except last minute.

What our winter catered and half board prices cover

Healthy breakfast with daily changing special (self-service on the hosts' day off)
Home made cakes or biscuits in the afternoon (not on the hosts' day off)
Three course dinner with wine (except on the hosts' day off)
The services of your own personal chalet team (except on their day off)
Rooms equipped with hair dryers, guest robes and complimentary organic toilettries
Chauffered shuttle service to and from the lifts (every day except arrival and departure day unless by prior arrangement)
Free transfers from stations in Bourg St Maurice, Aime or Landry (subject to availability, so check before you book)
Free aiport transfers for groups of 6 or more (Geneva, Lyon or Chambery)

All prices are per person, based on a minimum of two people sharing a room. There's a supplement of 75% for single occupancy (not available during peak weeks). Please ask for our full terms and conditions.

Children

The steep staircases, open fires and lots of steps mean the houses are not suitable for young children. On a shared chalet occupancy basis, children under 16 years old sharing a room with their parents are charged at 75% of the full price. If you'd like your child to have a separate room, we have to charge the full price. Early suppers are provided. Cots, booster seats and high chairs are not available.

Pets

Well-behaved dogs are allowed if your group books the whole chalet. We charge an additional 10€ per day to cover extra cleaning needs. Please let us know before you book if you'd like to bring a dog. No other animals are allowed.

Booking terms

A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to book your accommodation. The full payment is due at least 10 weeks in advance of the holiday start date. If you are booking within 10 weeks of the holiday start date, full payment is required. We can take cheques, credit cards or bank transfers. Cheques should be made payable to Chalet Organic Ltd.

Please note, outdoor shoes should not be worn in the chalets, so please bring your slippers. All our chalets are non-smoking, but you smoke on the terraces if you clean up after yourself. We have a pet dog, so let us know before you come if you have an allergy and we'll keep him out of your way.
