A more personal approach to chalet holidays

We are a Spanish and English couple and first came out to the area in 2002 on sabbatical to run a ski chalet for a season. We loved the mountains so much that we never went back – and we’ve been running chalets ever since.

Our aim is to create stylish, relaxed and comfortable mountain retreats for our guests. Our company, Chalet Organic, is small, family-run and based here in Paradiski. That means:

• We're flexible. You're not tied to a fixed change over day or length of stay - travel when you want and stay as long or as little as you like
• We create bespoke catered chalet holidays designed around your needs - just tell us if there's something you want that we've not thought of
• You get excellent value for money - friendly, attentive personal service, lovely boutique-style accommodation and great food at an affordable price
• We're on hand in the chalets and on the slopes - we share our local knowledge and are there to help when you need it
• We care about the local environment, the quality and sources of the food we serve and the standards of hygiene in our chalets
• Our chalets recycle (and we encourage guests to do the same), we buy organic and seasonal produce where possible, and try to support local artisans and farmers by locally sourcing what we can
